Farmer’s Market in Bay Park

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yesterday was the opening of something Clairemont residents have long expressed a desire for: a nearby farmers’ market. The Morena District Certified Farmers’ Market opened on June 19th at 1240 W. Morena Blvd., in the parking lot next to Toys R Us. Market hours will be Tuesday evenings from 3pm until 7pm. The market will be run by Brian Beevers, owner of Brian’s Farmer’s Markets, a very successful local company presently operating the Farmers’ Markets in Pt. Loma, Golden Hill, UTC, Mission Hills and Imperial Beach.
